ECAC-SIDA Requests Nominations for Director of On-Line Services 

The Director of On-Line Services shall be an ex-officio member of the ECAC-SIDA Executive Board with no voting privileges.  The Director of On-Line Services shall report to the President.

The Director of On-Line Services will be responsible for the updating and maintenance of the ECAC-SIDA web site and will be the organization's contact with web site host PrestoSports.  The Director of On-Line Services will work with board constituents to ensure that all information posted on-line is both current and accurate.

The Director of On-Line Services will work closely with all members of the Executive Board, particularly the President, Treasurer, Membership Services Chair and the second-year Representative, as well as the ex-officio positions of Newsletter Editor and Marketing Chair, to obtain and post timely information.

The Director of On-Line Services will work with the Membership Services Chair in updating and maintaining the organization's list serv in order to facilitate communication between the Executive Board and the Membership.

The Director of On-Line Services will also maintain contact with the current Workshop Chair to post information in a timely fashion on the upcoming annual workshop.

The Director of On-Line Services will be selected by the ECAC-SIDA Executive Board.  The position is renewable annually and will be paid a stipend of $500.00 for the academic year.
