Mike Tuberosa is in his eighth year with the Drexel Athletic Department as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications. He oversees the publicity of all of the Dragons’ athletic teams, the department web site and the publications produced by the department. His main duties at the school include working with the men’s basketball and men’s lacrosse teams.

Before coming to Drexel, Tuberosa was the Sports Information Director at Georgetown University. While at Georgetown, he was the primary contact for the nationally-ranked men’s lacrosse team in addition to the football, soccer and women’s basketball team. Tuberosa was also the Sports Information Director at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., for four years.

Tuberosa graduated from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University in 1990. He received a master’s degree in education from Niagara University in 1994, where he worked as a graduate assistant.

Tuberosa and his wife, Jen, live in Havertown with their children, Jack, Katie, Ryan and Caroline.
